Precious One,
For any reason, should it not be possible
for you, or for someone you know, to receive counseling from
Joe, we are so very grateful and happy to be able to refer
you to some precious people who do this type of counseling.
We are so very thankful that they include in their ministry
our Lord�s wondrous biblical truths of instruction shared in
our books, Liberating the Bruised and More Tools
for Liberating the Bruised. Like our ministry, each
one�s ministry is independent...none are under the authority
of our ministry. Also their requirements for one to receive
counseling are like or very similar to ours, that each
person fulfills the following requirements:
(1) Read the first book Liberating the
Bruised so that you are fully informed about spiritual
warfare and understand the type of counseling offered. Also,
if you have time before your appointment it would be very
beneficial for you to read the first three (1-3) and last
three (12-14) chapters of More Tools for Liberating the
Bruised. After you have received freedom, for your
future spiritual and emotional health, we do urge you to
read the second book because it holds additional vital
studies and it instructs you how to stand strong against
temptation and your negative learned behavior...bad habits!
It teaches you how you can choose to stay snuggled up to the
Lord so you can listen to and obey His voice, thus walk
consistently with peace and joy in His will for your
precious life...even in the midst of life�s storms!
(2) Contact the counselor you have chosen
to express your desire for counseling and acquire his/her
ministry's counseling form. The form will be a very detailed
form which you will return to the counselor so he/she can
review it before your appointments. This is a very wise,
time-saving step for it spares both
you and your counselor from having to spend many hours of
face-to-face time in order for the counselor to gather
necessary information before your actual counseling begins!
For your own sake, as you fill it out, ask the Lord to bind
the enemy and all negatives away from your thoughts so that
you can think clearly as you fill it out. Ask the Lord to
help you recall all necessary information and be completely
honest...share truth from your heart!
Concerning charges for counseling: Like
our ministry, the large majority of these ministries do not
charge for their counseling. Those who have 501 (c)
(3)
non-profit ministries, like ours, are supported by
love-offerings. They trust that as the Lord touches some
hearts, those people will share love-offerings, for which
they are extremely grateful. Tax-deductible receipts are
given to the contributors.
We are trusting and thanking the Lord
that as you seek a counselor, He will lead you to the one
from which He wants you to receive counseling. It is with
much gratitude that we recommend the precious brothers and
sisters you�ll find listed below who are scattered over the
United States. All have been called by the Lord into this
type of counseling ministry. Some are full-time, some are
part-time, and some are lay-counselors. All are very well
qualified and grounded in sound biblical doctrine, thus able
to lead precious souls to victory over their problems
through Jesus! We gladly assure you that all of them love
the Lord very dearly and count it joy to help people work
through their issues to receive freedom, peace and joy!
